Your coach is your main accountability partner. During your private calls, you’ll let your coach know what progress you’ve made, and what obstacles you may have faced. Through these reports, your coach can quickly assess your barriers, or simply remind you what you’re striving for, and how to continue pushing!

Direction

What you did to get where you are now, won’t get you to where you want to be. And with 87% of realtors quitting within their first 5 years in the business, often due to the emotional rollercoasters and “feast and famine” experiences, your coach will keep you focused on one direction: Forward. He’ll help you determine what efforts are burning your energy, and how you can correct errors to become more efficient.

Expansion
