What is coaching?

Coaching is a relationship where one person is sharing their wisdom, their insights, and their experiences with another individual and then holding them accountable to follow and execute the plan. Real estate can be a lonely career path, and the failure rate is high. That means that having somebody on your side who can guide, direct, push, encourage and give you skills, tools and ideas and, most importantly, hold you accountable, is what coaching is all about.

Which program is right for
my brokerage?

Choosing which program is best for you depends on three points – your brokerage, your budget, and your goals for your agents. Foundation and Foundation Plus are great options for a brokerage that wants to encourage consistent learning in their brokerage, and start building a community among the team. If your agents need consistent learning, and would also benefit from ongoing support, a strong community, and specific action plans given as a foundation for growth, then the Choice program might be best for your team.

 

We provide the same high-quality service for each of these programs. The primary differences are the extra benefits included with each program.

How do we get the most out of coaching?

When it comes to goal setting, Mark always asks his students "Are you interested or committed to your goals?" If they’re fully committed to creating the success they desire, they'll do what it takes. If you they go easy on themselves, there will be challenges.

 

Mark will guide your agents, but ultimately, they need to follow through and do the work. That’s why he always starts by understanding their “why” and getting clear about what they want and where you’re going.

 

The clearer their motivations, the stronger their determination, and the faster Mark can help your agents achieve their goals.

How can I monitor my agents' progress?

Mark is your partner in coaching and training your agents. This is why you and Mark will be on the same page every step of the way.

As the Broker of Record or owner of your brokerage, you deserve to know what is happening with your agents; so Mark will keep you in the loop with monthly reports on the progress and activities of your agents. Being CC'd on emails, shared on activity trackers, and participating in your brokerage's exclusive chat group are the base of your participation.

 

And if you want more involvement, just let Mark know.

What happens after I sign up?

Congratulations and welcome to Steele CC. We’ll start with scheduling you a video conversation with Mark. In this call, you and Mark will discuss your goals for your brokerage, as well as walk you through benefits of the program that you have signed up for. In this call you’ll learn what contact information you need to share with Mark in order to set up the best communication channels for Mark, yourself, and your agents. We want to get you connected and get your team engaged with everything as quickly as possible. Their job is to not only walk you through the Facebook page, our proprietary coaching platform, illÅ«m, and all the bells and whistles that come with our program so you feel empowered to immediately engage and connect and get involved with everything.

 

Then we schedule our first session with your team, and we get started from there!
